Using exchange 2000 on W2K. All clients use Outlook. I want to be able to
make our conference room a resource that can be scheduled via Outlook. Is
there a procedure for this. Any help is appreciated.

They way I have seen it work is to name the conference room and make a email
account for it and all people to sched meetings with that account in that
room. There has to be someone to accept meeting with this account also. Then
when the room accepts the meeting the room will be booked for the time the
meeting is.

We use this product. Its relatively inexpensive and
works great. It uses event sinks so it doesnt require
Outlook client configuration.
